What is the Bible?

The Bible was breathed out by God and is absolutely and completely true without mistakes in the original manuscripts. This Book is the only way that a person, young or old, can understand the Gospel and be eternally saved. (Revelation 1:1-3, 2 Timothy 3:16)

Are there three Gods or Just One?

There is only one true God, but He exists eternally in three Persons. This is known as the Trinity (Father, Son, Spirit), and though confusing to some, it is clearly taught in the Bible. The Trinity never began and will never end. God cannot be divided in His being or nature, but each member of the Trinity works in different ways. The Godhead (Father, Son – Jesus Christ, and Holy Spirit) are three in one GOD, sovereign in creation, providence and redemption. They are equals in deity, power, glory and beauty. All power and authority has be given to Jesus Christ. (Matthew 28:18, Colossians 2:9-10)

Is every person good in themselves?

Absolutely not! When Adam rebelled against God and sinned in the Garden of Eden he brought the curse of evil on every human being. Everyone is born with a wicked nature but also chooses to follow in a lifestyle of sin because they are spiritually lifeless. We are born sinners, but through Jesus Christ and God’s Grace we have a choice to receive life. Remember – For all has sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God. (Romans 3:23)

What about those who never heard about Christ?

We all have an innate knowledge that there is a Creator, someone bigger and more powerful than we are, who put us in the universe. Romans 1:18-20 specifically states that everyone has a knowledge about God. Ignorance is not an excuse and not knowing is not an answer! Hosea 4:6 states “my people are destroyed because of the lack of knowledge… Because they have rejected knowledge, I also have rejected them.”

Is there really a place called Hell and the Lake of Fire?

Absolutely!!! Both HELL and the Lake of Fire are FOR REAL. If you are not saved, then the penalty for your sins is death and the damnation of hell. Jesus paid the price for your sins… if you reject Him and refuse His loving-kindness then who pays for your sins? — the answer is YOU!

Hell - temporary place for unbelievers until their final Judgment.
Lake of Fire – Complete destruction and the final judgment for Satan, The Antichrist, False Prophet, demons unbelievers … but it was only meant for Satan and his army. “If anyone’s name was not found within the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.” (Revelation 20:15)

Apostle John describe hell as eternal (“And the smoke of their torment rises for ever and ever. There is no rest day or night…” – Revelation 14:11) Notice the words “for ever and ever.” Hell is an eternal torture chamber for those who rejected Christ. There is no bail, no parole, and no ‘get out of hell free’ card.

A place where fire is not quenched – “Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched” (Mark 9:44).

A place of weeping and gnashing of teeth - And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth” (Matthew 25:30).

This is not to scare you.. but to inform you! These are just some of the accounts when the Bible talk about hell.
